We started out with only an idea - to see if we could make a Legal Process Outsourcing office in Sri Lanka work.

From a casual phone call about doing business in Sri Lanka from the UK, to a fast-growing company that is now almost 350 strong across the 2 countries - Mûve is the idea that paid off and continues to do so.

Built on the foundation of talent in Sri Lanka, a UK market worth £2.5 billon that is wide-open to expand into and an ambitious and talented leadership team - the goal is to become a top 5 UK conveyancer by 2025.

Connect2Law was incorporated in the UK, with the aim of changing the traditional conveyancing model through an innovative digital approach.
— 2016
Vohara Solutions Pvt Ltd was founded in Sri Lanka as a contracted outsource office, starting with a Legal Support and Finance team. This small team of 3 were the first to receive work from the UK, working out of an annex. While this was a small step at the time this would soon see an exponential growth.
— 2017
Mûve opened its first office in Nuegeoda, with a team of 12.

More functions were outsourced to Sri Lanka such as Customer Services, Account Management and Post Completion.
— 2018
Vohara Solutions opened its second office in Kalubowila and extended the office within 8 months, supporting the growing team of now 40 employees.

Conveyancing, the core and largest function of the business, was started in Sri Lanka.

Connect2Law rebranded to Mûve and officially merged with Vohara Solutions, becoming one company.
— 2019
Mûve UK successfully raised $1.5 million to expand the business.

Now 45 employees strong and boosted with investor confidence, Muve opened a new office in Nawala.

Customer Experience and Learning and Development functions started operating in Sri Lanka.
— 2020
As the business grew to 120 employees, a new office was opened at Mirihana, with the aim of growing to 250+ in the next 2 years.

The Onboarding and Audit functions were expanded into Sri Lanka.

Recruitment continued to ramp up. By end of 2021 Muve had a head count of 150 employees.

With and ever-expanding head count, currently 250, Mûve is ramping up operations to facilitate larger volumes of instructions, where we envisage a year end head count of 350.

These are interesting times indeed where Mûve looks ahead to continue to provide attractive and value adding products to our customers while wrapping them in first in class service.

    Samudra brings a wealth of experience from his 12-year tenure in the BPO sector, marked by a consistent drive for innovation and excellence. His journey at Muve saw him rise through the ranks, starting in the Legal Support team where he honed his skills and eventually transitioned into a leadership role as an assistant manager. Samudra later assumed responsibility for the Post Completion Department, where he is currently working with the team to enhance the efficiency of the process.

    Outside of Muve, Samudra's passions extend to the world of literature and anime. As an avid reader, he finds inspiration and relaxation within the pages of books, exploring a wide array of genres and authors.
