Client Relations

The Client Relations team handles the entire relationship between the Client and Muve, ensuring clear communication and timely progression of the case. They are responsible for providing the very best of customer service experience to our customers.

They will provide updates, resolve grumbles and complaints while ensuring that all inbound calls are answered. Any missed calls will be returned to ensure that all our customers are updated, and their requests or complaints are attended to on a timely manner.

Sales & Onboarding

The Onboarding Team handles the client inquiries (leads) generated via comparison sites and organic traffic, at the very beginning of the process. These leads are contacted to confirm all the details needed for an accurate quote and sold on Muve’s USP.

Relationship Managers are the first point of contact in the transaction and are responsible for ensuring smooth and timely progress of the case by maintaining contact with all related parties.

Client Relations

Client Relations team is the first to get calls and provide customers with the first line of support to enable quick updates and related information.  Should a request require further escalation, then the call is passed on to the respective relationship manager for further support and assistance.
