Legal Operations Team welcomes the client to the real starting point of the process of buying or selling their property. Using their expertise in completing the initial stages of the process by maintaining effective and comprehensive communication specially with the clients and other stakeholders.

AML & Fraud Detection Team

Associate - AML & Fraud Detection plays a crucial role in supporting the Deputy Manager - AML & Fraud Detection in ensuring adherence to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and achievement of departmental KPIs and SLAs. They assist in conducting compliance activities, client due diligence, and risk mitigation efforts under the guidance of the Deputy Manager, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of compliance operations.

Property Registration Team

The Property Registration team is critical and responsible to transfer the ownership correctly from sellers to buyers and if the transaction involves a mortgage, they are responsible to correctly register the lender as well. They also carry out pre-exchange searches, priority searches and bankruptcy searches for the respective case. The team also has to maintain relationships with lenders as well.
