Conveyancing covers the legal and administrative processes by which the ownership of a home is transferred safely from one person to another.
Muve is in the business of helping our UK clients’ transactions proceed smoothly and that ownership passes from the seller to the buyer.
Conveyancers are responsible for handling the legal aspects of the entire conveyancing process, from allocation to completion of the case.
Conveyancing Program
Conveyancing Accelerated (C+)
he Conveyancing Accelerated Program provides non-LLB holders with a pathway to build a career in Conveyancing. Candidates undergo a 1 year placement in Legal Operations, AML & Fraud Detection department, Property Registrations, Account Management, or Client Services gaining process knowledge and language training as needed.
Successful candidates transition into the Conveyancer role with client handling training and can further their expertise through the company-sponsored CLC level 04 qualification, provided they sign a two-year bond.
Conveyancing Elevate (C - Elevate)
This pathway gives LLB graduates who didn’t secure a Conveyancer position the chance to still pursue a career in conveyancing. Focused on LLB holders who needs extra language and technical support, it includes a 1 year placement in Legal Operations, AML & Fraud Detection department, Property Registrations, Account Management, or Client Services, along with language training.
Successful candidates transition into the Conveyancer role with client handling training and can further their expertise through the company-sponsored CLC level 06 qualification, provided they sign a two-year bond.

Conveyancers
Conveyancers read and go through the transactions and highlight red flags or the legal implications that need to be addressed and reported to the client. This includes managing the clients as well as the other side’s solicitors.
