Our departments
Legal Support Services
Legal Support sets up the client’s transaction, with fast turn-arounds to provide good customer service. This includes gathering initial information, performing checks and ordering searches.
Client Services
Client Services are in close contact with clients, answering both general and specific queries and ensuring their clients transactions progress in a timely manner, keeping clients updated.
Conveyancing
Conveyancers are responsible for overseeing the legal process behind the transfer of legal title of property. As legal professionals , they handle the legal part of the transaction and advise clients accordingly.
Finance
Not to be mistaken with accounting and the day to day operations of the business, the Finance operations team is involved with the large volume of client transactions, reconciliations and invoicing, all with a rapid turn-around.
IT & Technology Development
The IT team is split into two functions, with IT Services in charge of ensuring that everyone has the technical support and physical set-ups to perform. The Tech team looks to the future and developing the tools the business needs to scale.
Support Business Units
The backbone of the business, from HR, Business Analysis, Accounts, Learning & Development, Client Experience & Audit keep the business going and growing, and are continually called on to innovate and improve performance.

What's the salary package like?
All roles have a salary range, based on the designation and department, with each employee’s individual package based on a combination of prior experience, qualifications and performance.
Performance-based incentives and bonuses are clearly outlined prior to payment and guided support is available to continually improve and grow at the company.

Depending on the role, there is flexibility to work from home and choose one of the two offices as your base.
The first three months is the training period, and you are required to be present at the designated office on all five days of the week. The necessary passes will be provided as per regulations, due to the current COVID-19 situation.
Upon the completion of the training period, you will be required to work a minimum of 3 days at office, the remainder you may Work From Home, subject to manager approval.

Is there any provision for study leave?
All employees can apply for unpaid study leave for an extended period of time, subject to manager approval.
