Our Legal Access Programme is a structured career pathway designed for non-LLB professionals who aspire to build a long-term future in legal operations.

How the Program Works

Step 1: Join as an Account Manager

You begin your journey in Account Management, gaining hands-on exposure to legal workflows, client communication, and case progression.


Step 2: Develop & Demonstrate Readiness

Over one year, you will:

  • Build strong client and stakeholder management skills

  • Develop operational and process knowledge

  • Gain exposure to legal case lifecycles

  • Demonstrate performance, commitment, and learning agility


Step 3: Transition into Legal

Subject to performance and business requirements, eligible employees transition into the role of a Conveyancer. 

Who Should Apply?


We’re looking for individuals who:

  • Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in client-facing roles

  • Are interested in pursuing a career in legal operations

  • Demonstrate strong communication skills and professionalism

  • Show learning agility and performance consistency

  • Are motivated to grow into a legal role

An LLB qualification is not required.
